Matthew started early in the business and has been with the agency for over 20 years. He quickly became a leading producer with companies like Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield and QualChoice. He has always made great strides to provide the best service possible.

Matthew has been married for 17 years to his wife, Paula, and they have one daughter together. He and his family were previously featured in Stroll the Lakeside Area magazine, formally Lakeside District Living. He studied Krav Maga for 10 years and was a previous instructor at Krav Fit.

He was invited as a member of the Hot Springs Executive Association in 2023 and formally served as the club treasurer. He was recognized among the Circle of Champions in 2024 and 2025, which includes the top-performing agents of the Health Insurance Marketplace. He is the proud owner of IIB and handles all daily operations.
