Matthew started early in the business and has been with the agency for 20 years. He quickly became a leading producer with companies like Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield and QualChoice. He has always made great strides to provide the best service possible.

Matthew has been married for 15 years to his wife, Paula, and have one daughter together. He and his family were previously featured in Stroll the Lakeside Area magazine, formally Lakeside District Living. He has studied Krav Maga for 10 years and helps instruct self-defense classes weekly at Krav Fit.

He was invited as a member of the Hot Springs Executive Association in 2023 and currently serves as the club treasurer. Last year, he was recognized among the Circle of Champions, which includes the top-performing agents of the Health Insurance Marketplace. He is the proud owner of IIB and handles all the daily operations.
